To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to email@example.com. You do not have the right to cancel an order where we have informed you that we are buying the goods in exclusively for you. Please note that orders can not be cancelled after they have been dispatched.
We dispatch thousands of orders every week, but unfortunately there are times when customers need to return their items and we want to make it as simple as possible to do this.
Any unwanted item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of receiving your order so long as it remains in a re-saleable condition with original packaging intact. If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the warranty period, you can return them to EXPANSYS for repair/replacement, or you can contact the manufacturer directly.
